As a courtesy, please reschedule or cancel all appointments via text, call or voicemail 48 hours or more before your reservation. Appointments cancelled less than a day prior will be charged 50% of the total cost. Missed appointments or appointments more than 15 minutes late will be charged a non refundable fee of 50% of the total.
